PROFILE: WHO IS KIMBI RODERICK NJI? THE MAGIC STRIKER.

Born on the 13th of February 2004 in Fonfuka. Kimbi is 167cm tall. "Trust Kimbi" as he is popularly known by his football fans plays for Hill Top Strikers F.C of Bamendakwe, a regional team in the Northwest region of Cameroon.

The magic striker started his football career at a very young age while playing for Songka united FC in 2011 to 2013 where he joint Dream Soccer Academy of Bamenda where he played for four years and qualified the team for mini interpools which was disrupted by covid-19 pandemic. 

Trust Kimbi has equally played with Options Sports Academy of Bamenda in 2021 where he was selected by a European club in Portugal and due to some reasons, no calls were made by the club till now. 

Magic Striker 

The trusted striker who sometimes play as offensive midfielder played with Kichambo FC for two years (2020-2021) while taking the team to finals in 2021 where he lost to his opponent on penalties. Note that he scored his own penalty. 

Talking about his appearance with Hill Top Strikers FC, Trust Kimbi is in the team now for seven months scoring a total of 6 goals in 9 appearances.

It is worth mentioning that, Trust Kimbi brilliantly won the 9th man of the match award at the first leg game of the NW Region Mini Interpools Simi Finals. 

He scored the lone goal that saw his team Hill Top Strikers secure a victory of 1 goal against Nil over Kumbo Strikers thereby giving them a chance to qualify for the regional league playoffs finals.

His steadfastness was also the reason behind their success at the finals of the Northwest regional league.

Trust Kimbi currently  6 career goals for the team and still hopes for as he is gearing up for the upcoming National Interpols where his team will battle for a Qualification into the first division, MTN Elite 2.

ATTACK ON MINISTER: NORTH WEST YOUTHS MARCH AGAINST VIOLENCE, DEMAND REPATRIATION OF ATTACKERS

Youths from the North West Region staged a peaceful protest in Bamenda on Friday March 14, 2025, condemning recent violent attacks on the Minister of Youth Affairs and Civic Education and the Cameroonian Ambassador to Belgium.
